I got into this one today, unfortunately had to leave for another fire this week. I’ll be back next week to get some information on the processes. This used to be a full micro brewery, restaurant and bar. Well the main dining room is “COVID CLOSED” and the bar probably isn’t to far behind. This is my first time even in the building so I’m not real familiar with its operations, This place also has a giant homemade wood fired pizza oven in the kitchen area. It’s on my list of places to get back into next week when I get back in town as I have several questions on the operation, the “living area” upstairs, as well as a few other issues I saw while I was in there.

Does anyone have a craft brewery in an approx 1300 sq ft in an early 1900's building? I have a guy that wants to open this brewery downtown and make a small tasting room in front. I know the brewery is an F-2, but due to the space limitations, a small tasting room up front, unknown right now how big that will be. Does anyone have one that I can come look at and pick your brain on? Thanks in advance.
