Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen.
I have had a question from an LFO regarding a restaurant wanting to use these hot volcanic stones for cooking steak, poultry, and seafood at your table.
This was already shot down in one city, and now they want to move into another just down the road.

I guess my question is, how is this regulated, and how do you contain the grease-laden vapors? Or am I way overthinking this?
