Jamie Pristasch, MSW, LSW, Emergency Response Social Worker, Westfield Fire Department, Westfield, Indiana.

The Emergency Response Social Worker is a partner to the Community Resource Paramedic within the MIH program in Westfield.  A graduate of Indiana University School of Social Work at IUPUI, where she obtained her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Social Work. Studies for these degrees led to a focus on child welfare, substance use disorder, mental health and case management. Various lived experiences, personally and professionally have led to a true passion to help and serve people when they are most vulnerable. Prior to working at Westfield Fire Department, Jamie was employed as a Medical Social Worker at IU Health for over 9 years. Other professional experience includes Home Health Social Work and Department of Child Services.
